
Can’t sign in to MSN. Error code: 800488fb?
It’s been more than a week. Please help!
I’ve already tried the solutions that MSN gives but they don’t work.
If deleting the Contacts Cache folder won’t resolve the issue, we would like to request the following information from you so we can study and investigate this error further:
1. Client Logs (Connectivity and Contacts Logs)
The steps to gather these logs are outlined in section 1 of this article
2. Apart from Windows Live Messenger, what other programs or software were running on your computer when the issue was encountered? If you are not certain, please send us a screenshot of the Windows Task Manager’s Processes tab.
Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then clicking Start Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab.
